What is a Helping Relationship TherapistTM in the Creative Nondirective ApproachTM (CNDA)?

The Creative Nondirective Approach is a humanist approach based on the relationship a person has with him or herself and with others, and the mutual influence the individual experiences in relation to friends and family when engaged in a process of growth, evolution and change. It is an approach in which the therapist provides quality support and coaching to help the client express his or her difficulties and aspirations, and be guided to greater well-being. It also offers the client an opportunity for self-knowledge, to become more familiar with one’s inner world, to release suppressed feelings, actualize creative potential and regain control over one’s life. In the CNDA, you are invited to contact the deepest part of yourself, where you will uncover resources and vital tools in human relations: self-knowledge and real love for who we are. My role as a Helping Relationship Therapist is to help you discover these resources within yourself and become a freer being.

What can I expect to happen in the first session?

In the first session, in addition to gathering general information, we will discuss your goals together and why you want to see a therapist. The sessions are 60 minutes long and cost $110 each.
